The INNOVATIVE sheep farming group in Suco Village, Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency, produces large amounts of waste that has not been optimally utilized. This waste has the potential to pollute the environment and become a source of disease, even though sheep waste contains nutrients that can be used as organic fertilizer. Through a community service program, this activity aims to improve the skills of livestock group members in processing sheep waste into organic fertilizer using the help of Local Microorganisms (MOL) as fermentation bioactivators. MOL is made using materials that are easily available in the farmer's area, thereby reducing production costs. The activity methods include counseling, training in making MOL bioactivators, and mentoring in making organic fertilizer using MOL. The expected results are increased knowledge of farmers regarding livestock waste processing technology, the availability of decomposer bioactivators, quality and environmentally friendly organic fertilizers, and improving economically oriented livestock businesses through product diversification. The training results show that farmers have been able to produce MOL and organic fertilizer.
