Pelatihan Pembuatan Agens Pengendali Hayati di Teaching Factory Rumah Organik Bagi Pemuda Tani Desa Seputih Kecamatan Mayang Kabupaten Jember

Abstract

Organic home is one of the Teaching Factories (Tefa) at the Jember State Polytechnic that plays a role in supporting and developing organic farming. One aspect of the current development of Tefa Rumah Organik Polije is optimizing the management of Trichoderma spp biological agents in supporting the production of biological control agents for cultivated plants at the sustainable young farmer level. However, the facilities owned by Tefa Rumah Organik are not yet optimal in the production of Trichoderma spp biological agents, namely the use of simple and less effective technology, namely only using simple tools for the fermentation process. Therefore, innovation is needed to increase the capacity of partners related to sustainable Trichoderma spp production. The solution to overcome this problem is to implement the optimization of the production of Trichoderma spp biological agents according to good and correct standard operating procedures starting from counseling and sterilization of tools to prevent contamination in the production process. Community service activities will begin from May to December 2025 at the Teaching Factory Rumah Organik Polytechnic Jember. Community service activities will be carried out in four stages, namely initial socialization, counseling and training, monitoring and evaluation, and mentoring. Based on the results of the activities that have been carried out, it can be seen that the socialization and training activities provided can increase the knowledge and skills of farmers in making and producing Trichoderma spp biological agents.
