The prevalence of stunting in Geneng Subdistrict, Ngawi Regency remains high (15.3%), influenced in part by adolescent anemia, which affects pregnancy and increases the risk of low birth weight or stunted infants. The implementation of the Iron Supplementation Tablet (TTD) program to reduce anemia among adolescent girls still faces challenges, including low understanding and acceptance among adolescents, as well as limited use of health data for evidence-based interventions. PSDKU Health Information Management (MIK) Ngawi plays a strategic role by utilizing the Teaching Factory (TeFa) pilot laboratory as a center for data-based health education and intervention. This community service activity was carried out in four stages: needs assessment, preparation, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. Solutions provided to partners included health education for adolescents and training for adolescent posyandu cadres in recording and reporting health data using adolescent health examination cards. The activity began with hemoglobin (Hb) checks for adolescents, followed by a pretest on their knowledge of anemia and stunting, and was evaluated with a posttest involving 26 adolescents who participated in health education. A pretest was also conducted for adolescent posyandu cadres on completing the examination card, followed by a posttest with 26 cadres who joined the training. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge among both adolescents and cadres before and after the intervention (p < 0.001). This community service activity effectively improved adolescents’ knowledge of anemia and stunting as well as cadres skills in recording and reporting health data, demonstrating the effectiveness of data-based health education and training.
