Pendampingan Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana Parwisata di Destinasi Puncak Badean Kecamatan Bangsalsari Kabupaten Jember

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out at the Puncak Badean natural tourism destination in Badean Village, Bangsalsari District, Jember Regency. The Puncak Badean destination has natural tourism potential that has not been optimally managed. The main problem faced by the community service partners is the management of tourism facilities and infrastructure. Other problems at the Puncak Badean natural tourism destination are the lack of facility governance, the absence of maintenance standards, and the lack of management knowledge in managing tourism supporting facilities and infrastructure. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of Puncak Badean natural tourism destination managers in managing tourism facilities and infrastructure better. The methods used include observation, FGDs, and training. The results of this community service activity are expected to be used by Puncak Badean natural tourism destination managers in managing and administering tourism facilities and infrastructure.
