Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in supporting the national economy; however, they still face various challenges in financial management and compliance with food safety standards. This community service activity aims to improve the productivity of Kalle Dessert MSME through assistance in financial management and food safety aspects. The implementation methods include needs assessment, training, mentoring practices, and outcome evaluation. The results indicate an improvement in the entrepreneurs’ ability to utilize a simple and more structured financial recording application, as well as a better understanding of hygiene principles and food safety standards. The impact of this program is reflected in increased efficiency of capital management and greater consumer trust in hygienic products. Therefore, this mentoring program has made a tangible contribution to fostering independence and business sustainability of the Kalle Dessert MSME.
