Good nutrition, proper care, and appropriate stimulation. Inadequate nutrition will impact brain development and intellectual capacity, leading to decreased intelligence. Early detection is the first step in establishing an accurate diagnosis. Based on observations at PAUD (Early Childhood Education Center) Inklusif Cerdas in Banyuwangi, it was found that parents' don't have the knowledge and skills in detecting the growth and development of this case on the children. Therefore, the development of the GrowScan application to detect stunting in children with special needs is crucial. This application is useful for increasing teacher awareness about monitoring the growth and development of children with special needs and early detection of stunting. Based on the results of a questionnaire administered to 15 teachers at PAUD Inklusif Cerdas in Banyuwangi, participants' knowledge, attitudes, and skills increased by 11.34%. This figure indicates that participants were highly enthusiastic about the training. Most teachers found the app easy to use (100%) and felt the GrowScan app met their needs (86.7%).
