The Sitara Women Farmers Group (KWT Sitara) is a women's empowerment group in Tegal Besar Village, Kaliwates District, Jember Regency, which has been actively producing functional spice drinks. However, production remains limited to ready-to-drink liquid beverages, resulting in various marketing constraints that impact market acceptance and income. . Therefore, this community service activity was carried out to provide alternative added value products through diversification of functional spice drink products produced by KWT Sitara as part of the herbal village initiative in the area. The activity was carried out through three stages: training, mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. The results of the activity showed that the effort to diversify functional spice drink products produced by KWT Sitara had been successful. The activity resulted in three different alternative products, namely ready-to-drink love potions in liquid form, instant love potions in powder form, and instant love potions in dip form. In addition, there was an increase in KWT Sitara’s knowledge and skills related to the diversification of functional spice drink products, which was evaluated through pre-tests and post-tests. This activity is expected to accelerate the initiation of herbal villages, which will not only have a positive impact on women's empowerment but also improve the economic and social welfare of the local community.
