Karangpring Village, located in Sukorambi District, Jember Regency, is recognized as the center of rose cultivation, with dozens of hectares of plantations that have become the village’s icon. The existence of Rose Monument as one of the tourist attractions further enhance its promising potential. However, from need analysis done by the community service team, it was revealed that the tourism development in this village has not yet been carried out in a structured manner. The main issues identified included the absence of a tourism potential map, the Rose Monument area that required a more optimal design to attract visitors, and the lack of tour packages to facilitate tourists. In addition, the local community has not fully skilled to provide services for both domestic and international tourists. To address these issues, the community service team provided solutions through four main issues, which were developing a tourism potential map, optimizing the appearance of Rose Monument as the main tourist attraction, designing tour packages, and enhancing the capacity of tourism managers through basic English communication training in tourism contexts. This program is expected to strengthen the tourism appeal of Karangpring Village while improving the quality of visitor services. Furthermore, with the active involvement of the village government and community, this activity aims to foster Karangpring’s independence as a competitive and sustainable tourist village, while contributing to the development of the local economy.
