Abstract

The potential for goat milk production in Senduro District, Lumajang Regency is an economic opportunity in rural areas. Goatzilla Farm and Cafe is one of the MSMEs that processes goat milk into various processed products including pasteurized milk, Yogurt milk, Milk Soap, and Powdered Milk. Goat milk production continues to increase along with the increasing population of Etawa goats. This is an opportunity for rural economic development based on livestock. Efforts to develop processed goat milk products need to be expanded so that they can become superior regional products. Therefore, efforts are needed to conduct a canvas business model analysis to assess and improve the sustainability of goat milk processing businesses at Goatzilla Farm. Given the many factors that will affect the success of dairy product processing businesses, including the feasibility of technological aspects, the feasibility of economic aspects, social aspects and environmental aspects. In addition, the level of technology availability, suitability and human resources are also seen and measured so that the milk products made are able to compete in the market.
