Conference Venue
The 9th International Conference on Food and Agriculture (ICoFA) 2026 will be held as an online conference via the Zoom Meeting platform on 24 October 2026. The virtual format enables researchers, academics, industry practitioners, policymakers, and students from around the world to participate conveniently without geographical constraints while maintaining an interactive scientific environment.
The conference will feature keynote speeches, invited presentations, oral presentation sessions, and discussions conducted in real time through Zoom Meeting. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with experts, exchange research findings, and establish academic collaborations with colleagues from various countries.
All registered participants will receive the Zoom Meeting access information, conference program, presentation schedule, and technical instructions via email several days before the conference. Participants are encouraged to ensure a stable internet connection and a functional microphone and camera (if required) and to join the meeting at least 15 minutes before their scheduled session.

Technical Requirements
Participants are requested to prepare the following before joining the conference:
- A computer or mobile device with the latest version of Zoom installed.
- A stable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted participation.
- A working microphone and webcam for presenters.
- Presentation slides in Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF format.
- Joining the meeting at least 15 minutes before the assigned presentation session.
Presentation Sessions
Each accepted paper must be presented by at least one registered author during the conference according to the official program schedule. Presenters are expected to deliver their presentation in English and participate in the subsequent discussion session. The detailed presentation schedule will be announced and distributed to all registered participants before the conference.
Important Note
Only papers that have completed the review process, fulfilled all conference requirements, completed registration, and have been presented during the conference will be considered for inclusion in the official conference proceedings.
