Struktur Kepemilikan, Karakteristik Dewan Direksi, dan Circular Economy Dislosure: Studi pada Perusahaan Publik di Indonesia

The research aims to provide empirical evidence of the relationship between ownership structure, characteristics of the board of directors and circular economy disclosure (CED) of the SRI-KEHATI Company for the 2019-2023 period. A content analysis approach was used to measure CED. Testing ownership structure (institutional ownership and managerial ownership) and board direction characteristics (gender diversity and independent directors) on CED using a Random Effect panel data regression model. The results of testing on 15 sample companies concluded that only the managerial ownership variable invested with CED. This is because there are no obligations and standards in CE reporting.
