Pengaruh Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas Layanan terhadap Penggunaan Dan Kepuasan Pengguna

This research aims to find out how the quality of systems, information and services affects user usage and satisfaction at BP Batam. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. Data was processed with PLS-SEM using the SmartPLS 3 program. This research collected 100 respondents from all Batam City residents who had used information system services at BP Batam. The research results show that system and service quality has a positive effect on usage. System, service and information quality has a positive effect on user satisfaction, but the quality of information has no effect on usage
